I made the permanent move to the Sunshine Coast in 2008 after spending my weekends and summers here as a getaway from the city where I was involved in commercial real estate. Now a partner at Trail Bay Source for Sports, quality of life, getting involved in my community and enjoying our beautiful natural surroundings are my biggest priorities.
When I joined the chamber in 2015 I wanted to help support the responsible growth of business on the Sunshine Coast while still preserving the "small-town" charm that makes us so appealing to individuals and families looking to permanently relocated here, tourists, and of course our existing residents.
Sechelt and the Sunshine Coast is a unique and wonderful place and I feel privileged to call it my home.
firmly believe in being an active participant in my community. A successful community involves everyone contributing in some way for the greater good of all. When my children were little, I was active with their sports, activities and schooling. Now that they are grown, I am able to provide my time to more “grown-up” ventures. I am proud to be a small business owner and want to help all local businesses by being part of the oldest local business support network. Being part of the Board has given me the ability to connect with businesses and owners that I would not have otherwise.
