Dr. Roberto Kaplan, an internationally acknowledged clinician and author of The Power Behind Your Eyes and Conscious Seeing, has been engaged in holistic approaches for personal development for over 30 years. He started his career as a photographer. Later, for ten years as a professor of Optometry at the University of Houston in Texas and Pacific University in Oregon he conducted clinical research on methods of integrating vision in the brain and mind. Thereafter, he engaged himself intensely in a pre-Buddhist Tibetan Dur Bon healing method called "auspicious vision". Today he integrates vision therapy with photographic art and African/Peruvian/Tibetan Shamanism and teaches and guides people in becoming fully conscious enlightened beings in North America and Europe. His warm hearted open being connected with high professional competence makes him an exceptional popular seminar leader and lecturer. He resides in Roberts Creek and Vienna, Austria.
